緊急事態宣言の発令を受けての本学の対応について／Dokkyo University's Response to the Declaration of a State of Emergency

新型インフルエンザ等対策特別措置法に基づく緊急事態宣言が発令され、埼玉県その他の都県から外出自粛要請があったことを受け、本学は国及び埼玉県、東京都その他近隣の県に協力し、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のために、当面の間、次のような方策をとります。
Taken into the account of the declaration of a state of emergency by Saitama and other prefectures, Dokkyo University takes the following actions to prevent a spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection for the time being.
１．獨協大学のすべての施設を閉鎖します。
２．学生の獨協大学構内への入構を禁止します。
３．学生の課外活動を禁止します。
４．教員の獨協大学構内への入構を制限します1)。
５．教職員の出張を禁止します。
６．事務職員の獨協大学構内への入構については、事業継続のために必要な最小限の事務職員を除き、入構を制限します。
７．学外者で大学の許可がない者の獨協大学構内への入構を禁止します。
1. All campus facilities are shut down and closed.
2. Students are prohibited from entering the campus.
3. Students are prohibited from doing extracurricular activities.
4. Faculty members are restricted from entering the campus. 1)
5. Staff and faculty are prohibited from going on a business trip.
6. Staffs are restricted from entering the campus, with the exception of the minimum necessary members for business continuity.
7. Unauthorized outsiders are prohibited from entering the campus.

1) 教員が教育研究活動継続のために獨協大学構内へ入構しなければならない場合には、東門又は西門の守衛所で教職員証を提示の上、必要事項を記入してください。
When faculty members have to enter the campus in order to continue their education and research activities, they are required to show their ID cards and fill in a form at East or West gate.
