獨協大学は、世界的に危険性評価の高い新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の感染拡大防止のため、次に掲げる条件に合致する教職員の本学への通勤を制限いたします。
新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のためみなさんの協力が必要です。次に掲げる条件に合致した場合には、添付の「新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する特別休暇の取扱い」の感染者等の対応フローに基づき、適切な行動を取ってください。
Dear Dokkyo University Faculty and Staff,
Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Dokkyo University restrict to come to the University for any Faculty and staff of the following are true.
If you meet any of the conditions below, please follow the instructions of the diagnosis chart in the attached sheet.
■通勤を制限する条件
１．新型コロナウイルスPCR検査陽性者（以下「陽性者」と言う。）
２．新型コロナウイルス陽性者との接触者（例 同居人が感染した方）
３．外務省感染症危険情報でレベル２（不要不急の渡航は止めてください。）以上に指定されている国、地域からの帰国者（トランジットを含む）
４．体調不良者（発熱や咳などの比較的軽い風邪症状）
■Those who are restricted to come to the University
１．Novel coronavirus patients
２．People in close contact with possible infected persons（ex. People whose cohabiters have been infected）
３．Returnees (including transit) from the areas with alert level 2 ("Refrain from nonessential, nonurgent travel") or more by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
４．Persons who are feeling sick（have relatively mild cold symptoms such as fever and cough）
■とるべき行動
１．の方は、行政の指示に従ってください。
２．の方は接触者と特定された時点から、３．の方は帰国後から、２週間自宅待機し体調観察表をつけ、健康観察してください。健康に問題がなければ通勤できます。2週間の自宅待機の間に体調不良となった場合には、４．の行動となります。
４．発熱や咳などの比較的軽い風邪症状の方は、自宅待機となります。この場合には、体調が回復して３日後まで自宅待機し、その後に通勤できます。
息苦しさ（呼吸困難）、強いだるさ（倦怠感）、高熱等の強い症状がある場合
※（重症化しやすい方（高齢者、妊婦、基礎疾患のある方）で、発熱や咳など比較的軽い風邪症状がある場合）
は、「帰国者・接触者相談センター」または「保健所」に連絡し、指示を仰いでください。
※発熱のため解熱剤を飲み続けなければならない状態も発熱に含まれます。
■Instructions for those who meets the conditions above
１．Need to be hospitalized in medical institutions designated for infectious diseases
２．Remain at home for 14 days after making a close contact with possible infected persons. Then if no problem in your health, you can come to the University. If any problem in your health, follow the instruction #4 below.

４．If you have relatively mild cold symptoms such as fever and cough, please remain at home for 3 more days after recovery, and then you may come to the University.
In case of having shortness of breath, fatigue, or ※people who are likely to get serious (aged persons, pregnant women, persons who have pre-existing disease) with relatively mild cold symptoms such as fever and cough, please contact and seek instructions from "Consultation desk for returnees and people in close contact with possible infected persons" or "Public Health Offices".
※The condition fever includes the case that one needs to keep taking fever medicine.

新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する特別休暇の取扱い
本学では、「新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)に関する教職員の通勤について」の措置により、自宅待機や医療機関で診察、検査する教職員が安心して休暇を取得できるように、専任、非専任、教員、職員を問わず、教職員に対して特別休暇を適用し、給与を補償いたします。
派遣職員については、派遣会社と協力し本学の教職員と同様に取り扱い、給与を補償いたします。
添付の「新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する特別休暇の取扱い」を確認していただき、体調不良者となった場合には、「体調観察表」に記録したうえで、特別休暇を申請してください。
Special leave for the novel coronavirus patients
According to "Restriction for faculty and staff to prevent the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak", Dokkyo University gives special leaves to the faculty and staff and compensate their salaries, regardless of full-time, par-time, academic staff or office staff. We take measures for them to take leaves to remain at home or have examinations in medical institutions at ease.
For part-time agency staffs, Dokkyo University will go along with the staffing agencies to treat them the same as the full-time staffs and compensate their salaries.
