授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	This course is designed to provide undergraduates with a general education in basic and current issues on English Private International Law, especially，”Proof of Foreign Law”. This program consists of 14 components, which are not divisible.  Each students is required to attend at all of components and to submit all reports. 英国国際私法における、外国法の証明に関する知識を原文で学びます。 14回の全ての講義回において、事前に準備した自身の邦訳文を提出することにより受講者の理解を確認します。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Tthis class will be held with the PorTaⅡ system .Therefore, if you do not have a knowledge on the civil procedure and private international law, you will face very serious difficulties. Then, students must have completed or are studying credits in Private International Law and Civil Procedure Law. 今年度は、PorTaⅡシステムを使った教材配信型講義を行います。内容は、非常に難解であり、基礎知識を要することから、国際私法及び民事訴訟法の単位を既に修得しているか、又は、いずれも履修中であることが必要です。履修していない又は、履修中でない者については、大変な困難に直面する虞があることに留意して、履修の是非を判断して下さい。
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	事前学修：該当箇所の英文を確認して下さい。事後学修：PorTaⅡシステムで毎回課される課題のレポートを、PorTaⅡシステムを使って提出して下さい。
