授業の目的・内容 /Course Objectives |
□Course Objectives AE is a content-based course. Students are expected to develop an understanding of the course topic set by each instructor throughout the semester. As they develop their understanding of the course topic, students will conduct research and present their findings and opinions in writing and/or speaking. □Content The purpose of this course is to allow the students to engage in and explore a variety of current issues in society □Reading & Discussion ・read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities ・express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Individual/Group Projects ・conduct independent research ・present the result of a project effectively in oral or/and written forms in a format designated by the instructor. This may include but is not limited to research paper and presentations. Class is taught and participated in English. |
