授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives |
春学期に引き続き、語彙を増やし、文法と論理展開を把握した上で「生きた英語を正しく読む」リーディングの力を強化していきます。春学期で身につけた読解力を定着させ、発展させることを目指します。本授業は交流文化学科のディプロマ・ポリシーに掲げられる「英語に関して、受容と産出に関する高度な技能を用いて、状況に応じた言語運用を行うための能力」の涵養に対応しています。 | ||||||||||

授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course |
授業は毎回、対面形式で行ない、全員参加型で問いかけにより理解度を深めながら進める形をとります。 授業内においては、予習したテキストについて理解した内容を確認し、読解の考え方、疑問点の解説を通して英文を読む確かな力を培います。 教材はプリントまたは manaba を利用して配布し、課題や演習にも manaba を使います。 以下の「採用する授業方法」は毎回でなく、必要に応じて取り入れるかたちで授業を行います。 |

・事前学修としては、テクストを読み、課題がある場合はそれに取り組んで予習してください。 ・事後学修としては、授業内で学んだことがらや反省点をノートなどに整理して学習した内容を定着させてください。 ・毎週2時間程度は授業外の自習時間を確保してください。 ・この他に、交流文化学科がカリキュラムの一環として採用している課外学習用のオンライン学習プログラムがあります。全体で毎週２時間程度は授業外の自習時間を確保してください。 |

評価方法 ／Evaluation |
・授業参加度と提出課題への取り組み、クイズの得点を数値化した平常点（75%）を基本とし、オンライン学習プログラム（25%）を加えた総合評価とします。 ・中間テスト・期末テストは行わず、毎授業ごとに当日の授業内容にかかわるクイズを実施して総合評価に組み込みます。 ・公欠扱い以外の理由で全体の3分の１以上を欠席すると、単位認定不可になるので注意してください。（遅刻は２回で欠席１回に換算。就職活動にかかわる欠席は別途配慮します。） |
