授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	英語専門講読Iに引き続き、本授業では、テキストや論文の講読を通して、母語習得、バイリンガリズム、第二言語学習者言語の特徴、第二言語習得(SLA)における年齢の影響、動機づけ、個人差、理論と英語教育への実践などについて学びます。これらに関わる諸問題を複眼的視点で捉え、ディスカッションします、また、この授業は、外国語学部交流文化学科の学位授与方針（DP）が示す「言語スキルに基づき国際的・越境的（トランスナショナル）な視点から世界に対する概括的な教養を持つ」こと、教育課程の編成・実施方針（CP）が示す「高度な英語運用能力の養成」を念頭にしています。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	本授業の英語講読では、個人による精読と、アクティブラーニングの手法を用いクラスメートと協働して読む方法を組み合わせます。初回授業で、グループを決め、グループごとに担当者を決めます。担当者は資料を作成し、読み解いた内容について、グループのメンバーに講義をするつもりで発表を行います。発表の最後にはディスカッションポイントを提示し、それに基づき、グループでディスカッションをします。最後に、クラス全体で振り返りを行います。学期中にひとり2-3回、担当ページの発表を行います。発表資料は発表の前日までに提出してください。資料の作り方や提出方法については、授業で説明します。
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	予習：授業で読むページを事前に読んでくること。発表が当たっている人は、資料を作成すること。 復習：授業で学んだ内容について簡潔なリフレクション・レポートを書くこと。
