授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	▼国際環境経済学科３年生のクラス指定科目です。 ▼日本や世界で起きている事象や問題を、社会科学の切り口で英語を使って調査し考察する、プロジェクトベースの英語科目です。この科目では、 基本的なデータ・図表の説明、ミニリサーチ、ディスカッション、発表、報告書作成などを通して、研究テーマについての理解と知識を深めるとともに、英語でのリサーチスキルも伸ばします。１～２年次の英語科目で身につけた、リーディング・リスニング・ライティング・スピーキングの力を授業活動ですべて統合して使いますので、さらに高いレベルの実践的な英語アカデミックスキルを習得することができます。 ▼春学期は、主に英語での図表の説明のしかたと表現の基礎を学び、グループごとにテーマを決めてアンケートを使ったミニリサーチを行います。データの分析を行い、適切な図表を使って調査結果を発表します。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	▼原則として授業活動は英語で行います。 ▼資料配布、連絡、学習活動などにMyDOCを活用します。 ▼Googleアカウントを使います。 ▼グループメンバーとプロジェクトを完成させるため、協調性が求められます。
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	▼毎回の授業後、教科書・補助教材の指定箇所の学習と、グループプロジェクトの調査・発表準備などの課題を行う(60-90分）。 ▼前回授業で課された宿題・課題の完了を前提に次回授業が進められます。 ▼欠席の場合はグループメンバーに連絡を取って下さい。

評価方法 ／Evaluation	授業参加度20% 小テストと期末試験30% グループプロジェクト課題 (調査と発表x2) 50% 【重要】原則として４回以上欠席した学生は成績評価の対象となりませんので注意してください。
