授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	英語圏で提議されているメディア文化論とコミュニケーション論の知見を融合させながら、前半は文化理論の理解を深め、後半はその応用例として２０世紀ディズニー映画の文化研究に関する論文集を読んでいきます。これにより、英語（圏）で出版された文化研究の執筆方法やテーマへのアプローチ、戦略についても学びます。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	通常の授業では、受講生のリーダーシップに基づく口頭詳述と対話形式で進めていきます。なお、すべての授業を Zoom にてリアルタイムで行います。学期末には、授業内容に基づいたミニ研究の成果を口頭発表します。
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	各回に関連するテキストや参考文献を精読してから授業に参加し、授業で議論したことをいかに研究に反映させ得るのかも考えていきます。なお、テキストの各章で参照・分析されている映像資料等は予め視聴してくることを推奨します。（多くは研究室に保管されており、貸出可能です。）
