授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	本授業では、Melvyn P. Leffler and Odd Arne Westad (eds.), The Cambridge History of the Cold War, I-III (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2010)をテキストとし、第二次世界大戦後の冷戦を多面的に考察していく。 冷戦の終焉から4半世紀が経過し、関係各国で冷戦期の外交資料の解禁が進むにつれ、かつては米ソの二大国関係の分析が中心であった冷戦の実相が、様々な観点から議論されるようになっている。 上記テキストは、世界の著名な冷戦史家による最新の研究を統合したものであり、受講生とともに、冷戦の起源（第1巻）、危機とデタント（第2巻）、終焉（第3巻）の各局面について、主要な論文を講読し、批判的な考察を行う。 ※この科目は、外国語学研究科博士後期課程の学位授与方針（DP）ならびに教育課程の編成・実施方針（CP）が示す「すぐれて高度な言語運用能力と研究を通して国際社会に貢献しようとする態度」及び「先行研究を批判的に分析した上で独創的な問題設定をし、学術的に高度な論文を作成する能力」、とくに国際関係分野におけるこれらの能力の向上を目的とする。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	授業では、受講者による課題文献に関するプレゼンテーションに続き、担当教員からのコメント、全体討論を行う。発表担当者は、予めレジュメの作成、印刷を完了し授業に臨むこと。 ※本授業は、対面形式で行う。
