授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	Objectives The aim of the course is to help students gain an understanding of basic and current issues on international civil procedure.Therefore, students can acquire the basic knowledge on international civil procedure through this lecture. Curriculum       The program consists of two components which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects: Course 1 (spring) International Jurisdiction                                    Course 2 (fall) Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Method In this class, I will adopt the method known as the seminary, where We speak to each other. Remarks There will be a mandatory informational meeting in the first week of the spring course for all those who wants to take the course.

評価方法 ／Evaluation	Examination (Evaluation) Students are required to submit a term paper at the end of each term. 課題への取り組み姿勢と成果60％　レポート40％の割合で評価する。
備考 ／Notes	Xeroxed materials will be distributed in April and September.
