授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	「英語 I (S)」に示した内容と目標を継承し，さらに発展的な学習を行う．定型言語形式の使用練習においては，自発的な発話場面においても，適切に使用できることを目標とする．また，アウトラインによる内容構成に基づいた プレゼンテーションスキルを学び，アカデミックなテーマに関するプレゼンテーションの練習をする．Provides opportunities to develop extensive oral skills for both accuracy and fluency. Emphasis is placed on formulaic speech in spontaneous situations as well as formal presentations. Activities are provided to raise the awareness of organisational appropriateness based on outline planning and to encourage concentrating on the content of the speech/discourse. Students are expected to make short presentations on academic topics. The class is taught/participated in English.
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	本授業では（1）オンライン(Zoom含む)および対面で行う、(2) manaba を教材提示・課題回収・評言返送に用いる、(3) グループ学習等により学生同士の意見交換の機会を設ける、(4) 教員は授業に先立ち必要な教材を提供する。 This class will be conducted both online (including use of Zoom) and face-to-face. In this class we ... (1) use manaba (LMS) for presenting learning materials, collecting assignments, and giving feedback, (3) provide opportunities of exchanging opinions among students by introducing group work and peer reviews of oral/written products, and (4) distribute learning materials in advance in combination with real-time classes. 授業は英語で行われ，学生も英語で参加する．受講者は毎回の授業において積極的に発言すると共に内容に関する十分な準備をして臨むことが求められる．授業内にプレゼンテーションを行い，成績評価の対象とする．English is the means of communication including student to student interaction.  Students’ active commitment to the class as well as sufficient preparations for the topic issues is required.  In each unit an oral presentation is performed which counts for the grade.
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	各回とも十分な予習・復習を必要とする．また，課題は必ず期限までに提出しなければならない．Requires sufficient review and preview of each class. Assignments must be submitted before the deadline.
