授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	This course will take students from Paragraph Structuring to Essay Writing through a process approach. Areas covered will include Brainstorming/generating ideas,organising, drafting, reviewing and revising. In addition to regular homework assignments, students will be expected to enthusiastically particpate in class and produv\ce a lengthy Final Essay. It is necessary to have access to a computer and a printer as handwritten assignments will not be accepted. In addition to regular attendance, students should bring an electronic dictionary. Lets enjoy this Writing Class!
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	In this class, we will studied a portion of the text in each lesson. The first part of class will be used to read, analyze and practice the material presented. Then, questions will be answered, homework checked and material reviewed. The remainder of class will be used to complete in-class assignments.
