授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	This one-term, twice-a-week required class helps first-year students learn how to improve their English language communication skills by introducing the organizational skills necessary to become a more competent speaker and writer. Overall Objectives 1. To help students to develop a basic knowledge of the skills required for organizing a speech and developing speech writing skills 2. To give students maximum opportunities to develop their speech delivery and speech writing skills 3. To build student confidence in speech communication in small and larger group contexts
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Instructional materials to guide students' development of oral communication, discussion skills,  and oral reports/presentation skills. Vocabulary, language and grammar guidance for developing good presentation style and organization. Any online class will be on-demand.
