授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	Objectives The course is designed to provide graduates with a general education in basic and current issues on international civil procedure. Curriculum       The program consists of two components which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects: Course 1 (spring) International Jurisdiction                                    Course 2 (fall) Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Remarks There will be a mandatory informational meeting in the first week of the spring course for all those who wants to take the course.
事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	事前学修：該当箇所の文献を良く調査しておいて下さい。 事後学修：講義中に扱った事項に関する問題点に関して、十分に考察して下さい。

評価方法 ／Evaluation	Examination (Evaluation) Students are required to submit a term paper at the end of each term. 課題への取り組み姿勢と成果60％　レポート40％の割合で評価する。
