授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	This course provides an introduction to writing up research at postgraduate level. The first semester will concentrate on developing a critical stance when writing a literature review. Students will write a critical review of a research paper or book at the end of the semester. In the second semester, the focus is on the structure of a research report and the elements therein. This course provides an introduction to writing up research at postgraduate level. The first semester will concentrate on developing a critical stance when writing a literature review and students will review a book in their field of study.  The second semester will introduce the language and skills needed for the different sections of a research report and students will draft and re-draft a report on their research.

事前・事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	Students are expected to preview and review materials assigned for tasks undertaken in class. Assignments must be corrected after feedback and be resubmitted.
