授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	Objectives The course is designed to provide graduates with a general education in basic and current issues on private international law in Property and in Family. Curriculum       The program consists of two components, which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects:

評価方法 ／Evaluation	Examination (Evaluation) Students are required to submit a term paper at the end of each term. 課題への取り組み姿勢と成果60％　レポート40％の割合で評価する。

到達目標 ／Learning Goal	国際私法の分野における特定の課題に関する日本語及び外国語の学術文献又は関連資料等に基づく講義を通じて専門的な学識を獲得し、それを学術的な議論や論文執筆の場で活用できるようにする。
