授業の目的・内容 ／Course Objectives	春学期は、メディア・スタディーズという研究領域の一端を俯瞰し、メディアの定義の多義性やメディアを考える上でのさまざまな視点に接した。秋学期はこれを踏まえながら、インターネットやデジタルメディアをめぐるエッセイや論文を読み、そこで登場するメディアやメディア現象を社会的、歴史的な文脈でとらえることにつなげていきたい。講読文献の難易度は全体的に春学期よりも上がるが、そこで扱われる具体的なテーマはYouTubeからSNSまで身近なものである。秋学期は受講生のディスカッションの機会を増やすので、テキストの予習はもちろんだが、日頃から自分自身やまわりのメディア使用について意識的になりながら、積極的に参加してほしい。なお、授業の進捗に応じて内容が多少変更する可能性がある。
授業の形式・方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	・教材の配布や課題提出等など、連絡事項は主にmanabaを使う予定だが、ポータルやメーリングリストも使う。 ・授業はZoomを使ったリアルタイムの授業を行う。毎回レコーディングし、１週間視聴が可能とするので、やむを得ずリアルタイムの出席が叶わない場合は必ず視聴した上で復習や課題に取り組むこと。 ・担当者がレジュメを作って報告する形を取る予定。詳細は初回の授業で説明するが、授業の進捗に応じて進め方を変更する可能性がある。 ・授業中にディスカッションをするので、指定したテキストは必ずしっかり読んで参加すること。 ・わからないこと、疑問に思ったこと、ぜひみんなと話し合ってみたいことなどは、遠慮せずに話してください。
