East Building

Dokkyo University has five classroom buildings. In addition to large, medium, and small classrooms, the university has prepared optimal educational and learning spaces for different kinds of classes. These include PC classrooms and computer-assisted learning (CAL) classrooms.

Especially notable is the "East Building", a “next-generation” educational facility. Completed in 2010, it features superior environmental and energy-efficient features. The campus is also blessed with shade trees, abundant well water, and sunshine, utilizing natural energy sources for lighting and air conditioning. There is also a rooftop garden based on a village forest concept with over 100 types of plants and vegetables for hands-on learning.
